How referrals work

Sharing your BDA Bazar referral code, and how referral discounts apply at checkout.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

The basics

  1. Every BDA Bazar customer account gets its own referral code.
  2. You share that code with someone who does not have an account yet.
  3. They enter it in the Refer Code field while registering.
  4. Their account is then permanently linked to yours as your referral.

Create an account to get your own referral code. If somebody gave you a code, enter it during registration — it cannot be added later.

What each side gets

Referral rewards are issued as a discount you can apply at checkout, not as cash. The reward is applied to your order total when you choose to use it.

The reward amount is set and tracked by the BharatRefer programme that BDA Bazar is connected to. We do not state a fixed amount, expiry or cash value on this page — check your My Referrals page after signing in for the balance actually available on your account.

How the discount applies at checkout

These limits are the ones our checkout actually enforces:

  • A referral discount can cover up to 10% of the order.
  • The discount applies to the product amount only — not to delivery charges.
  • There is no minimum order value for using a referral discount.
  • Only one coupon can be used per order.
  • A referral discount cannot be combined with another coupon on the same order.

The exact discount available to you is shown in your cart when you apply it, before you pay.

Fair use

  • Referral codes are for sharing with real people creating genuine accounts.
  • Creating extra accounts to refer yourself is not allowed.
  • We may cancel rewards and suspend accounts where the programme is abused.
  • BDA Bazar may change or withdraw the referral programme at any time.

See section 8 of our Terms and Conditions for the full wording.
