This policy applies to the BDA Bazar website and the services offered through it, operated by BDA Bazar Retails Pvt Ltd. BDA Bazar is an online marketplace where independent sellers list and sell their products to customers.

- Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account.
- Billing and shipping address details you save or enter at checkout.
- A delivery pincode when you check delivery availability for a product.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Product ratings and reviews you choose to post.
- A referral code, if you were referred by an existing customer.
- Business, bank and identity documents, if you apply to sell on BDA Bazar.
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical information sent by your browser, such as your IP address and browser type.
- Pages you visit on our site, so we can keep the service working and improve it.
- Cookies used to keep you signed in and to remember the contents of your cart.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. Your card, UPI or banking credentials are entered on the gateway and are not stored on BDA Bazar servers. We receive only the result of the payment and a reference for your order.

- To process your orders, arrange delivery and handle returns.
- To share the delivery details an order needs with the seller fulfilling it.

- Sellers — the details required to pack and deliver your order.
- Delivery and logistics partners — the address and contact details needed to deliver.

- Analytics providers — site usage measurement, where enabled.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you logged in and holding your cart between pages.
