The rules that apply when you use BDA Bazar or buy through it.

1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses the BDA Bazar website, operated by BDA Bazar Retails Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. What BDA Bazar is
BDA Bazar is an online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent sellers who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their goods and for fulfilling the orders they receive. BDA Bazar provides the platform, the checkout and the support channel that connects you with those sellers.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
- Registration is confirmed with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your email address.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else is using your account.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse of the platform.
4. Products, prices and availability
- Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Where a discount is shown, it is calculated against the MRP given by the seller.
- Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
- Stock is limited. An item in your cart is not reserved until the order is paid for.
- Product images are provided by sellers and may differ slightly from the item delivered.
- If an obvious pricing or listing error is discovered, we may cancel the affected order and refund it.
5. Orders and payment
Orders are paid online through our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. An order that is started but not paid for does not reserve stock and may be removed automatically.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates shown on a product page are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the delivery pincode and the seller dispatching the item. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellation
Return eligibility and the return window are set per product and shown on the product page. See the Return & Refund Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
8. Referrals
Customers receive a referral code that can be shared with others. When somebody registers using that code, the two accounts are linked. Referral rewards are issued as discounts that can be applied at checkout, subject to the limits described on the referrals page. We may change or withdraw the referral programme, and we may cancel rewards obtained through fake accounts or other abuse.
9. Reviews and content you post
Reviews must reflect genuine experience. Do not post unlawful, offensive or misleading content, or content you do not have the right to publish. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
10. Selling on BDA Bazar
Seller accounts are reviewed before approval and may be suspended if listings are inaccurate, orders are not fulfilled, or platform rules are broken. Sellers are responsible for the legality, safety and description of what they list.
11. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
- Do not scrape or copy the site for commercial purposes without permission.
- Do not place orders fraudulently or on behalf of someone without their consent.
12. Intellectual property
The BDA Bazar name, logo and site content are owned by us or our licensors. Product images and descriptions remain the property of the sellers who supplied them.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
