How delivery estimates, delivery charges and dispatch work on BDA Bazar.

Where we deliver
Delivery availability depends on the seller and on your delivery pincode. Enter your pincode on any product page to check whether that item can be delivered to you and to see the current estimate.
Delivery estimates
The delivery date shown on a product page is an estimate. It is calculated from your pincode and the seller's dispatch location at the time you check it. It is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Estimates can change because of:
- The time the seller takes to dispatch the item.
- Courier and logistics delays.
- Weather, strikes, public holidays and other events outside our control.
- An incomplete or incorrect delivery address or pincode.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the product and the seller. For each item the charge may be borne by you, by the seller, or by BDA Bazar — this is set per product.
- Any charge you have to pay is shown in your cart.
- It is shown again in the order summary at checkout, before you pay.
- You will never be asked for a delivery charge after the order is placed.
Orders with items from more than one seller
BDA Bazar is a marketplace, so a single order can contain items from different sellers. Those items are dispatched separately and may reach you on different days. Each item shows its own status in My Orders.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address and pincode before paying. If an address is wrong or incomplete, the delivery may fail or be returned to the seller. Contact support as early as possible if you spot a mistake — we cannot change the address once an item has been dispatched.
Tracking your order
The status of each item in your order is shown in My Orders once you are logged in. If the status has not changed for an unusually long time, contact support and we will follow it up with the seller.
If your delivery does not arrive
If an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, raise a return request or contact support. What happens next is set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
